Proposed reservation terms

The availability list is free and does not require a deposit.
After an animal is selected, a 50% deposit reserves a gilt or barrow. The rest of the balance is due at pickup.
Boarlings require full payment to reserve.
Buyer cancellations forfeit the reservation payment. If the farm cannot complete the sale, the buyer may choose a refund or transfer the payment to a future animal.
Pickup timing is agreed in writing. Delivery may be available up to 500 miles at $1 per round-trip mile.
